No. Progress comes from table clears, ball unlocks, and Glyph collection. See the Unlocks hub for how progression works.

Is Cult of PiN multiplayer?

It is single-player. Competition is through Monthly and All-Time leaderboards after you clear Act VI on a table.

Where should absolute beginners start?
